1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the Aliya Art website, ticketing services, venues, and all services provided by Aliya Art Kft.

By using the website, purchasing tickets, renting the venue, or attending events organised, promoted, or ticketed by Aliya Art, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Services

Aliya Art provides the following services:

  • Organisation and production of cultural and artistic events, performances, and shows

  • Ticket sales for events organised by Aliya Art

  • Ticket sales services for third-party events via the Aliya Art platform

  • Venue rental and related technical and production services

  • Educational programme referrals and artistic collaborations

  • On-site shop services (pre-order and on-site pickup only)

  • Buffet and catering services, directly or via third-party providers

Aliya Art reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Tickets & Ticketing Services

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.
This complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l).

Aliya Art may act either as:

  • the event organiser, or

  • a ticket sales and ticketing service provider for third-party organisers.

When acting solely as a ticketing platform, Aliya Art is not responsible for the content, execution, or quality of third-party events.

4. Events at Third-Party Venues

Some events promoted or ticketed via Aliya Art may take place at third-party venues or theatres.

In such cases:

  • The event organiser and/or venue operator bears responsibility for the event, venue rules, safety measures, and compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Visitors are required to comply with the house rules and policies of the hosting venue in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Entry, Seating & Conduct

Aliya Art reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors without refund in cases of:

  • misconduct

  • violation of venue or safety rules

  • behaviour disturbing the event or other guests

Seating must be occupied according to the seating indicated on the ticket.
Latecomers may enter only during intermissions, subject to venue regulations.

6. Minors

Minors attend events under the full responsibility of their parent or legal guardian.
Aliya Art assumes no responsibility for minors left unattended.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

Attendance at events is at the visitor’s own risk.

Aliya Art shall not be liable for:

  • injuries

  • medical incidents

  • health-related complications

  • fatal outcomes

unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Aliya Art.

8. Photography, Video & Media Use

Photo, video, and audio recordings may be made during events.

By attending an event, visitors consent to appearing in such recordings and to their use for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by Aliya Art and, where applicable, by venue renters or event partners.

9. Venue Rental

When Aliya Art provides venue rental services:

  • Aliya Art acts solely as a venue provider

  • Renters and organisers bear full responsibility for event content, participants, equipment, and legal compliance

Aliya Art is not liable for incidents arising from third-party organised events held in the venue.

10. Property Damage

Visitors, renters, and organisers are liable for any damage caused to:

  • the venue

  • technical equipment

  • furnishings or other property

Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

11. Buffet & Catering

Alcoholic beverages may only be served to persons 18 years of age or older.

When third-party catering services are used, the catering provider bears full responsibility for food quality, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.

12. Shop & Merchandise

Products purchased via the Aliya Art website are pre-orders only and must be collected on-site.
No shipping or delivery services are provided.

​

13. Force Majeure

Aliya Art shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, technical failures, strikes, or public emergencies.

​

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
