TICKETS, SHOP & REFUND POLICY

Aliya Art

1. Tickets – General Rules

Aliya Art sells tickets for events organised by Aliya Art as well as for events organised by third parties.

By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Aliya Art and the present Ticket Policy.

Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date indicated on the ticket.

2. Ticket Refunds

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

This is in accordance with
Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) and
EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l).

Refunds are possible only if the event is cancelled by Aliya Art.

Service fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.

3. Event Cancellation or Modification

In case of event cancellation, Aliya Art may offer one of the following solutions:

refund of the ticket face value, or
rescheduling the event to a new date, or
ticket exchange or voucher

Changes to the programme, performers, or event date/time do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, provided that the nature of the event does not change substantially.

4. Third-Party Organised Events

If Aliya Art sells tickets for an event organised by a third party, Aliya Art acts solely as a ticketing platform.

The third-party organiser is fully responsible for the content, organisation, execution, modification, or cancellation of the event.

Aliya Art’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Shop and Product Sales

Aliya Art does not provide home delivery.

Online purchases are considered pre-orders.

Products may be collected in person only at the Aliya Art Center.

Aliya Art reserves the right to determine the collection period and conditions.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Food Products)

Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-food products in accordance with applicable laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

food and beverages
opened or used products
personalised or custom-made items

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

7. Buffet and On-Site Catering

The buffet selection may vary by event.

Alcoholic beverages may be served only to persons aged 18 or over.

Aliya Art reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol.

If external catering services are used, the catering provider is responsible for the quality and safety of food and beverages.

Buyers are responsible for allergies and individual health reactions.

8. Payment

Online payments are processed via secure payment service providers.

Aliya Art does not store bank card details.

In case of unsuccessful payment, no order or ticket purchase is completed.
